Started the SoulCon Challenge Sierra this week and have really enjoyed the devotionals, reading, and the accountability. My eating has been on track and I have started working in the exercise. Yesterday for my test in I ran, walked, (mostly walked) a 5 k, did 60 pushups in two minutes, and 125 crunches in two minutes. Today I am REALLY sore but will do another 5k sometime between now and Sunday.
It seems my body said “Hold Up” on the weight loss, but I will make it into the 230’s by next Friday.
